Non-stake entrance fee $30 unless otherwise specified. Horses must be declared in by 10:00 A.M. THREE (3) DAYS preceding race. No horses permitted to start who are on stewards list as dangerous or unmanageable. U.S.T.A, OHIO STATE RACING COMMISSION RULES & REGULATIONS and WOCRA rules to govern. $200 entrance fee for Colt and Filly Stakes. Purses paid only for heats actually contested.

When declaring in, must have Social Security number to provide reporting information to IRS on purse monies, (Form 1099) and owner’s complete address and telephone number.

Management reserves the right to change this program, declare off any event not filling satisfactorily, race double heats to fill any card, and race elimination heats. Two year olds - one dash only.

Purses divided: 45 - 25 - 15 - 10 - 5 percent.

Trophies - Track Photographer - Veterinarian available.

Horsemen enter at West Gate only. WOCRA Pass honored on race days only. Driver plus one (1) admitted with horse.

No. of stalls available: 80+. All stalls must be vacated at the conclusion of the race program except those who have leased stalls.

Negative Coggins Test required. Score 6 wide. Races split on 10.

Horses are brought on the grounds at owner’s risk. Neither the Mercer County Agricultural Society, nor the Mercer County Commissioners as owners of the racing premises will, under no circumstances, be liable or responsible for losses, injuries, or damages sustained to or by owners, drivers, or horses entered and participating in or warming up for any of these racing events.

Signature Series-In the event more than 9 entries are declared in to start, the race shall be divided and raced in divisions. Each division will race for an equal share of the total purse, and will race one dash only.

Mercer County Harness Horsemen’s Association will award $25.00 to the owner and the driver of a horse owning the new track record at the end of the meet. Track records: Trot--2:01.4; Pace--1:57.3.
