Camping Information
Sites can accommodate any length of motorhome or camper. Shower and restrooms facilities are available upon request. Group rates are available. A dump station is located on the grounds for your convenience. Open burning fires are permitted in designated areas for cooking purposes only. A horseshoe court is available on the East Side of the grounds and a swimming pool is located adjacent to the fairgrounds. Several buildings of various sizes are also available for rental on the grounds. The Mercer County Fairgrounds are located in Celina, twice named one of the nations “100 Best Small Towns”. The town is at the intersection of U.S. Route 127 and State Route 29, in West Central Ohio. Celina is large enough to provide numerous activities, while retaining an enchanting small town appeal.

The Fairgrounds are conveniently located for leisure time activities. Ohio’s largest man-made lake, Grand Lake, is just a stone’s throw away and provides some of the state’s finest fishing. A number of dining establishments ranging from fast food to fine dining are just minutes from your campsite. The area offers a variety of shopping experiences, from the unique to the antique with grocery stores and carryouts located within blocks.

Camping Rates
Primitive Camping - $15.00 per night
Overnight Camping Rate - $20.00 per night
Water, Electric & Sewer - $30.00 per night

Dump Station - No Charge if Camping on Fairgrounds
($5.00 if not camping on grounds)
Firewood - $2.00 per bundle
Ice - $1.50 Small Bag, $4.00 Large Bag
Camping Rules
1. A camping permit must be obtained prior to occupying a camping lot. Person responsible for said permit must be 18 years of age at the time of purchase.
2. An adult camper must accompany any camper under 18 years of age.
3. Quiet Hours: 11:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m.
4. Open fires are only allowed in the provided fire rings.
5. Trash must be put in proper containers on the grounds.
6. Water and sewage will not be allowed to be discharged on the ground. A dump station is located on the northwest corner of the fairgrounds.
7. Pets must be on a leash at all times when outside camping unit and will not be left outside when owner is gone from camping unit. And please, pick up after your pet.
8. No clothes lines around camping units or attached to trees.
9. Speed Limit of 10 mph must be followed at all times.
10. If Secretary's Office is not open at your time of arrival / departure, please see camp host for accomodations and / or payments.
11. The Society reserves its Management the final and absolute right to interpret these rules and arbitrarily settle and determine all matters, questions, and differences in regard thereto or otherwise arising out of or connected with, incident to the Mercer County Agricultural Society. The Society also reserves the right to amend or add to these rules as judgment may determine. A camper who violates any of these rules will be asked to leave immediately and subject to such penalty as the Society may order.
